Q. How do I ship my broken electronic product to get it repaired?
A. As you fill out our order form, you will be prompted to select either our Expedited or Ground shipment options.
Expedited shipping provides:
Expedited shipping that will minimize your time without your electronic product -
Your malfunctioning electronic product from your original address to CherryFusion and then back to your original address after we service your unit. The total transportation time is approximately 4 working days.
Ground Shipping provides:
Value shipping that will minimize your cost to deliver -
Your malfunctioning electronic product from your original address to CherryFusion and then back to your original address after we service your unit. The total transportation time is approximately 10 working days.
We can save you the time and money that you spend in searching and purchasing an appropriate box with which to send us your electronic product. This complete shipping solution can be obtained by selecting to purchase our:
Convenient Shipping Box - Choosing this selection provides:
A sturdy prepaid postage box and protective foam insert at the pre-selected Expedited or Ground shipping method.
a. If you select Expedited, we will send you the box using our Expedited shipping.
b. If you select Ground, we will send you the box using our Ground shipping.
Once you receive the shipping box, remove the enclosed instructions and return shipping label from the inside of the box, insert your electronic product into the box, close and seal the box, and affix the return label on the box. Detailed instructions are enclosed in the box, but it really is this easy.
Drop off the box at your most convenient DHL drop off location. DHL drop off locations will be identified for you on your Order Confirmation.

Send us your electronic product by using our box option dimension guidelines, write the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the package, and send to our designated repair address:
