Q. When are charges applied to my credit card?
A. All charges are applied after our diagnostic analysis. If our diagnosed cost matches your repair requests, your credit card will be automatically charged for the estimated amount. If the diagnosed problem is one that will incur a higher cost to fix than your estimated cost, then we will call you before fixing the problem to get your approval. In this case, after your approval, your credit card will be charged for the new amount. If you disapprove the repair, we will return your electronic product to you and only charge you for the incurred diagnosis fees and shipping charges, if applicable.
